Harvest Helpers
As Jesus told us in Luke 10:2, “…The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; therefore beseech the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into His harvest.”
One of the lessons I learned in rural American was that more than one person was essential to an efficient harvest. As one person operated the harvest machinery, another would drive the loaded trucks to a storage facility, or to the local “grain elevator” in town to sell the grain. By having more than one person available to help, the harvest usually ran like a well-oiled machine.
Assemblies of God evangelists are striving to make a positive impact in the Kingdom of God, by helping sow, cultivate, and reap a harvest of souls for eternity. But we need Harvest Helpers who believe in the calling of the evangelist – who will invest in the future of tomorrow’s leaders. Saints of God helping us educate, encourage and empower evangelists, through relevant resources and relationship building opportunities.
