To whom it may concern:

It is with great joy that I write this reference letter for Dr. Larry Martin. Dr. Martin has served Brownsville Revival School of Ministry as our Academic Dean for seven semesters and has been a wonderful asset to our ministry. He has been a loyal friend and comrade during some difficult transitions at our school and was able to bring stability and direction through his wealth of wisdom and experience.

Dr. Martin is a wonderful communicator, both as a teacher and preacher. People's lives are always changed under the anointing of the Holy Spirit that flows through him as he imparts the Word of God. Dr. Martin received a fresh anointing and passion at the Brownsville Revival that still drives him to this day. He absolutely loves the moving of the Holy Ghost, and creates a genuine passion for the Lord among all who are exposed to him.

Dr. Martin has been a great source of joy and inspiration to us all, and I give him my highest recommendation to you and your ministry. He is a seasoned and fruitful evangelist who will strengthen and encourage any body of believers. I intend to invite him regularly to my church as a partner in revival services.

Please contact me if I can be of further assistance.

Rev. Richard Crisco, pastor - Rochester Assembly of God - Rochester, MI

To Whom It May Concern:

It is my privilege to offer my hearty endorsement of the powerful ministry of my friend, Dr. Larry Martin. His scholarly research and insight along with a special Holy Ghost anointing makes him a powerful, pungent preacher worthy of careful attention.

He is a true "revivalist," chosen of God as a special messenger to the church of this day. He is being used of God to challenge and change "church as usual."

Ronald R. Minor, Lafayette PCOG - Lafayette, IN

To Whom It May Concern:

The ministry of Dr. Larry Martin, evangelist, Bible teacher, and Pentecostal historical author, has often blessed and challenged the people of Glad Tidings Church in Houston. His insight into the history of the Pentecostal Movement is perhaps the best of anyone in the current study of the foundations of our faith.

However, his greatest contribution to the ministry is his keen and deliberate desire to follow and flow in the moving of the Holy Spirit. A God-anointed speaker, you will never be bored when he speaks, but will be challenged by the move of God you will experience. His sensitivity to the gifts of the Holy Spirit being present and being released are refreshing in today's church.

I can truly recommend him as one of the best evangelists we have had at Glad Tidings in my eleven year tenure as Senior Pastor. Having known him since he was a teenager in Oklahoma, I can also attest to his sincerity and life-time devotion to the preaching of the Word.

In Christ's service,

Calvin M. Durham, Pastor - Glad Tidings Assembly of God - Houston

It is a great joy to recommend the ministry of Dr. Larry Martin. Larry ministered with great humility and anointing in our church. He spoke effectively for Jesus with many manifestations of the Spirit following.

He has become our friend.

Steve Dunne, Pastor - Richmond Baptist Church - Nelson, New Zealand

Dr. Martin is one of the foremost authorities on Azusa Street and the great Pentecostal Outpouring of the early 1900s.

As well, he is an accomplished author and an anointed preacher of the gospel.

I highly recommend his life and ministry.

Donnie Swaggart, Pastor - Family Worship Center - Baton Rouge, Louisiana

My Vision for the Local Church in the 21st Century
Although the church faces challenges unique to the 21st century, the biblical message has not changed. Methods change with the needs of the congregation, but the Pentecostal message will produce book of Acts results in every generation.

My Definition of an Evangelist, and His/Her Role in Revival
The evangelist is called to support the pastor and local church by bringing an anointed message that with God's help will produce conversions, Holy Ghost baptisms and the general strengthening and encouraging of the assembly.

Other Comments
Dr. Martin speaks in churches, conferences and other events. He gladly serves churches of all sizes and styles.
