Ministry Emphasis and Vision Statement
Encounter Freedom exists to cover the earth with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We believe that God desires each individual to encounter freedom by encountering Jesus, knowing the truth of God's Word, and experiencing the presence of the Holy Spirit.

Biography
Matt Muscatell was born and raised in Rochester, NY. There God saved him and called him into the ministry as he was attending High School. After graduating from Valley Forge Christian College in Phoenixville, PA, he and his wife have served in the ministry since 1996.

Matt is the founder and President of Encounter Freedom, a nonprofit evangelistic ministry whose mission is to partner with pastors of local churches and share the love of Christ to their community through outreach and Freedom Crusades.

Matt is the author of a book called, 40 Days to Freedom, which is a devotional that helps people grow in Christ and walk in the freedom that God has already provided. A 10-day version can be found on the YouVersion Bible App.

Matt, and his wife Karen, also have a strong desire and passion to exhort the church of Jesus Christ, ministering to people through Sunday services or extended revival services. Upholding and encouraging the pastor and leaders of each local church is an important vision of Encounter Freedom.

Matt and Karen are evangelists under the PennDel Ministry Network. They are proud parents of two amazing boys, Caleb and Noah.

My Vision for the Local Church in the 21st Century
As an evangelist, my vision for the local church is to encourage and exhort the body of Christ, proclaiming the freedom that is found in Christ and allowing the presence of the Holy Spirit to powerfully minister to each individual at our services.

Our vision is not only to train, equip, and minister to the body of Christ and pastors, but to partner with the local church to reach their community for Christ. This is done through outreach and outdoor Freedom Crusades.

My Definition of an Evangelist, and His/Her Role in Revival
The role of the evangelist is to passionately proclaim Christ to the lost, partnering with pastors and churches to reach their community. The evangelist is anointed to lead people to Christ and serve the pastor and church, encouraging them to outreach.

According to Ephesians 4:11, the evangelist is one of the five-fold ministry gifts to equip and minister to believers, the church. It is important that the evangelist be used within the church setting for both revival meetings and partner with churches to reach into the community.

Bill Juoni

After 20 continuous years of serving as an Assemblies of God Senior Pastor, God called us to the ministry of an evangelist in 1998. I accepted Christ at the age of 10 and was called to the ministry during my senior year at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, but the time to pursue the calling was not to come until two years later. Upon graduation from Northern Michigan with a B.S. Degree in Marketing, and after having...
