Growing up in church gave Lorne many opportunities to serve in ministry work.
Teaching Sunday school, children's church, playing in the worship band, choir, church plays, outreaches in Hagerstown & D.C., etc were all a part of Lorne's life even before he got to preach for the Sunday morning congregation at the age of 17.
After graduating high school, Lorne went to study at Baltimore Master's Commission where he spent 2 years. Under the intense training of Pastor Ron Surratt and other mentors, Lorne was placed in countless ministry situations and environments. During this time, Lorne began to feel the call of God as an evangelist/outreach preacher, with the desire to see people saved as well as healed in body.
Feeling strongly called to Hagerstown to be a part of the revival that God has promised for that area, Lorne began his ministry as an evangelist (Faith,Hope+Charity Ministries) in 1997. He has also served as youth pastor at Christ Fellowship A/G and as assistant pastor at Zion A/G. Lorne has been preaching at churches, nursing homes, hospitals, schools and of course outreaches in and beyond Washington County. He is also often called to train outreach teams, do VBS & kid's crusades, help with plays and drama presentations, serve in ministry at camps, and teach or preach in various settings.
Lorne continues to serve and minister in the many ways the Lord provides, and is excited to see the things He will bring in the future.
