Donna Sparks is an Assemblies of God evangelist, Founder of Story of Grace Prison Ministry, and author of the popular books Beauty from Ashes: My Story of Grace, No Limits: Embracing the Miraculous, The Masquerade: Deception in The Last Days, and Overflow: Walking in the Power of the Holy Spirit. Donna has also written many articles for Charisma Magazine.

A highly sought-after speaker for church services, women's conferences, retreats, and revivals, Donna travels extensively to minister in churches and other venues around the world.

She also leads a vibrant and fruitful prison ministry through which she has seen God perform countless miracles in the lives of the men and women to whom she ministers. She also offers prison ministry training to churches who are interested in starting a jail and/or prison ministry.

Donna boldly shares the Bible's unchanging truths with an intense desire to equip and encourage others to step forward into the things God has planned for them. She has been married for twenty-five years to the love of her life, Bryan, and they have two lovely young adult daughters.

I long for awakening and revival! I long to see churches empowered by The Holy Spirit to reach the lost, see revival and walk in authentic signs, wonders, and miracles. We serve a God Who has not changed. We need to walk in power today, to display God's glory and reach the lost. The harvest is ripe, but the laborers are few, and the time is short.

My definition of an evangelist is one who has a special anointing to reach the lost by the convicting power of the Holy Spirit. I also believe evangelists should bring encouragement and fresh fire to a congregation by ministering with signs following.

As far as the evangelist's role in revival, I believe we should not just show up for a week and preach revival services, but we should equip and mobilize churches to carry on in revival long after we have left town.

I never charge a fee to come and minister. My desire is to be a blessing!
