Ministry Emphasis and Vision Statement
The main emphasis of our ministry is ministering on the baptism in the Holy Spirit and living the Spirit-filled life. We also minister on revival in the church, faith/hope/encouragement, healing, prayer, growth/discipleship and end-time events. Every service also includes an invitation for salvation and recommitment to Christ.

After 20 continuous years of serving as an Assemblies of God Senior Pastor, God called us to the ministry of an evangelist in 1998.

I accepted Christ at the age of 10 and was called to the ministry during my senior year at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, Michigan, but the time to pursue the calling was not to come until two years later. Upon graduation from Northern Michigan with a B.S. Degree in Marketing, and after having previously earned an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Gogebic Community College in Ironwood, Michigan; I was hired by the Woolworth Company to be an Assistant Manager in their Management Training Program. While working for Woolworths in Stevens Point, Wisconsin and attending First Assembly of God, I met my wife to be, Beth. One month after our wedding, I was transferred to the Woolworth store in Escanaba, Michigan. After living there a year and ministering in the local church in various capacities, the Lord clearly said, now is the time to pursue the calling to the ministry.

I resigned from Woolworths and Beth and I moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota where I enrolled at North Central Bible College and in 1978 graduated with a B.S. Degree in Pastoral Studies.

Immediately upon graduation, I became the Senior Pastor at New York Mills Assembly of God in New York Mills, Minnesota. In the eight years we served there; we saw people get saved, baptized in the Holy Spirit, and grow in maturity. The church grew greatly numerically which then led to a building program.

After eight years, the Lord then led us to be Senior Pastor at Whitewater Assembly of God in Whitewater, Wisconsin. For the next 12 years we served in that capacity and again saw souls saved, people baptized in the Holy Spirit and God touch lives in many wonderful ways. Also during that time, we either took or encouraged missions trips each year. We led missions trips and ministered in Jamaica twice, Mexico once, and several times in the inner cities of Chicago and Milwaukee.

After 20 years of pastoral ministry, the Lord called us to the ministry of an evangelist in 1998.

We have two grown children: Michael and Andrew.

My wife, Beth, is also ordained and has been blessed musically to sing, play the keyboard and piano, and to lead in worship.

"...Their focus...was on the baptism in the Holy Spirit...He explained the Pentecostal distinctive in a way that anyone could understand and identify with...I appreciate how he gave opportunity for people to accept Christ as Savior or rededicate their lives. When he invited people to come forward to receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the altars were filled, and many received...I look forward to having the Juoni's return to Oak Creek and gladly recommend their ministry. God has definitely anointed them and their ministry is a wonderful gift to the church..."

Pastor Jerry Brooks - Oak Creek Assembly of God - Oak Creek, WI - (414) 762-2010

"We have had Bill and Beth Juoni minister in our churches for years...people respond to altar calls and those seeking the baptism of the Holy Spirit receive. Have pastored, Bill knows how to work with local pastors...Beth blesses the worship team as she plays during the ministry times allowing the worship team an opportunity to receive from the Lord...I heartily endorse/recommend the Juoni's."

Pastor Duane Smith - Abundant Life Assembly of God - Fergus Falls, MN - (218) 736-3928

"...Several were filled or refilled with the Spirit. Everyone was challenged to greater spiritual maturity. The messages were clear and relevant...their ministry was like a breath of fresh air...I appreciated Bill's handling of the altar calls and altar services. The altar calls were specific and clear and always included something for everyone. Ministry around the altar was directed and purposeful without focusing on the evangelist. Ministry at the altar was clearly and effectively emphasized. The Juoni's pastoral heart was evident in their ministry here..."

Pastor Gary Pilcher - Berean Assembly of God - Des Moines, IA - (515) 262-9531

We so appreciate the ministry of Bill and Beth Juoni. They ministered on the baptism in the Holy Spirit in a very concise and clear manner. Many received the baptism. Bill is a good communicator who manifests a kind humble spirit. We will have them back at Trinity Christian Center. I recommend them without reservation. They work alongside the Pastor in great tandem ministry."

Pastor Tim Eddy - Trinity Christian Center - Zion, IL - (847) 746-3615

"...recommend to you the ministry of Fresh Fire Ministries...We had an emphasis on the Holy Spirit and Bill is very good at working with people seeking the baptism in the Holy Spirit...Bill and Beth have a great heart and a desire to see the Holy Spirit move in the service. They don't come with any demands and they are very easy to work with...I would highly recommend this team to come and minister at your church!"

Pastor Roger Whittum - Calvary Assembly of God - Gary, IN - (219) 844-9451

"What a delight it was to have you at our church...Thank you so much for coming and being such a blessing to our church. As you spoke on revival, there were so many that came away from your series of messages feeling refreshed and ready to meet the challenges of everyday life. At every opportunity I share with other pastors about the tremendous ministry that God has truly anointed you and Beth with..."

Pastor Blake Armstrong - Living Hope Assembly of God - Cozad, NE - (308) 784-4761

"...they were excellent ministers of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the powerful ministry of the Holy Spirit...Your church will be blessed...We look forward to having them back for more services..."

Pastor David Meek - Glad Tidings Assembly of God - Greeley, CO - (970) 351-0169

"...We requested their series - 'Baptism in the Holy Spirit Emphasis'. They were some of the best and most effective services we have ever had. Bill does a great job of teaching and making it extremely simple and non-threatening to receive the baptism. Beth does a great job ministering at the piano in song...I wish we had known about the Juoni's 25 years ago!..."

Pastor Glenn Branham - Nashville Assembly of God - Nashville, MI - (517) 852-9819

"...We have had Brother and Sister Juoni minister at our church at least six times and there has been wonderful fruit from each of these visits. They have a passion for God's people to experience their own spiritual Pentecost...Their ministry on a personal level and on the platform is one of grace and scriptural and doctrinal integrity...they are really only interested in helping that church...If you are interested in members of your congregation receiving the baptism in the Holy Spirit...then Brother and Sister Juoni would be a great fit."

Pastor Bruce Klepp - Upper Room Assembly of God - Miami, FL - (305) 251-0876

"We recently had Bill and Beth Juoni minister at our church on the baptism in the Holy Spirit. I would say that in the years that I have been in the ministry (approximately 20) theirs was the best presentation on the subject that I have yet heard....His personal stories of his own experience were particularly helpful as many people could identify....I was amazed at the number of people from the congregation that responed to the altar call and how many people actually received the baptism in the Holy Spirit....Bill also proveded good follow-up advice for everyone....I would highly recommend them..."

Former Pastor Renee Godoy - Glad TIdings Assembly of God - Hilo, HI - (808) 961-0616

"Thank you so very much for coming to Mayfield First Assembly of God. It was a great day indeed as we saw people baptized in the Holy Spirit for the very first time! We also had others who experienced a refilling...Oh, how wonderful it is to see people respond to the Spirit of the Lord! Your message was as good as I have ever heard concerning the reasons why we all need to be baptized in the Holy Spirit and the response to it was marvelous. Any church would benefit from your ministry..."

Pastor Brad Morris - First Assembly of God - Mayfield, KY - (270) 247-5677

Pastor Kirk Sorensen - First Assembly of God - Benson, AZ - (520) 586-2417

"...They were the very picture of graciousness, were well prepared in music and the Word, and very quickly connected with our congregation. There was an excellent response at the altar and several were filled with the Holy Spirit. If your congregation is needing renewed vibrancy...I recommend to you the ministry of Bill and Beth Juoni. God is using them to be a breath of fresh air to churches across the country."

Pastor Steve Smith - Manteo First Assembly of God - Manteo, NC - (252) 423-0265

"...What a revival! Many received the Holy Ghost, many rekindled and recommitted their life to Christ!...I was amazed with the comfort and excitement our congregation had...You are not too small or too big or diverse to have them. The only problem I had was that it took so long for us to have this that we so needed...our plans are to have them back...Myself and our congregation could not more highly express and/or recommend them more highly."

Pastor Carroll Harrison - South Greenwood Assembly of God - Greenwood, SC -
(864) 227-1983

"I am so grateful for the wonderful services we had...We were not disappointed. I wholeheartedly recommend these two true servants of the Lord. The soundness of Brother Juoni's teaching was wonderfully refreshing and the gentleness and love of people are two great characteristics of this ministry. Bill and Beth work as a team. Our people were blessed and challenged and a good number were filled with the Holy Spirit. I look forward to hosting them again..."

My Vision for the Local Church in the 21st Century
That the church would be filled with power, passion and purity.

(1) That the church would have the power of the early church - going forth in power seeing people come to Christ and signs, wonders, miracles and healings done in Jesus name.

(2) That the church would have the passion of the early church - a passion for God and a passion to reach the lost. One of the glaring characteristics of the early church was their passion for Christ. Christ was their life.

(3) That the church would have purity - endeavoring to live pure and holy before God, before eachother and before the world. Obviously the early church was not perfect, in fact most of the epistles were written to correct problems, but there was a keen realization that impurity would hinder what God wanted to do in their midst.

As the church goes forth in power, passion and purity proclaiming; Jesus saves, Jesus baptizes in the Holy Spirit, Jesus heals and Jesus is coming again - we will see the church be what Jesus intended it to be and accomplish what Jesus wanted it to accomplish.

My Definition of an Evangelist, and His/Her Role in Revival
The evangelist is one of the ministry gifts to the church and is a key, integral part to the life and ministry of the church. If the evangelist did not nor does not have a vital role in the church, then the Lord would not have included this gift among the ministry gifts to the church. He did include it, however; and therefore, the church cannot fully function without the ministry of the evangelist nor can the evangelist function without the church.

The word evangelist means "messenger of good news". An evangelist fulfills this definition as he functions as; a preacher of the gospel, a soulwinner, a revivalist and one who helps equip the church for ministry.

His role in evangelism is three-fold: (1) to preach to motivate believers to be soulwinners (2) to equip believers for evangelism and (3) to preach to reach the lost for Christ.

His role in revival is three-fold: (1) to preach to show the need for revival;(2) to preach to show how to prepare for revival; and (3) to preach the Word and flow with the Holy Spirit during revival to sustain the revival. Revival then results in believers going out to reach the lost for Christ.

The evangelist is a co-laborer - coming alongside and working together with the pastor, the other ministry gifts and the congregation. All the ministry gifts were given "to perfect the saints for the work of the ministry" and all the ministry gifts have a part in this process - including evangelists.

Other Comments
We come on a "love offering" basis. and the size of your church doesn't matter to us - we have ministered in large and small churches. All we ask is that you provide housing and meals for us while we are with you and that a separate offering be taken for the ministry in each service we minister in unless other arrangements have been made.

Evangelist Highlight
Lorne Digges
Email: lordswarrior7@yahoo.com

Evangelist Lorne Digges was raised in a Christian home and was taught about serving the Lord since the day he was born. After being healed of leukemia at 4 years old(which he suffered from for about a year), Lorne knew that he was called to ministry service. During Lorne's illness, his mother; Charlotte; prayed the Hannah prayer: "Give me my son, and he will be in Your service all the days of his life." Growing up in church...
