Ministry Emphasis and Vision Statement
Our passion and longing for this ministry is to see a hunger for the Word of God grow in every disciple of Christ. Just as in the story of the road to Emmaus, we seek to find Christ displayed in the stories of the Old Testament, as well as the New Testament and how these two fit together to create one larger, perfectly formulated, story of redemption.
Sound doctrine and strong Biblical literacy is the ultimate goal of this ministry.
About
Lynn and Holly Lapka have enjoyed full-time ministry in their beautiful home state of Montana for the last 25 years. Serving most recently as lead pastors for 15 years on the Flathead Reservation brought an acute understanding of the Pastoral role listed in Ephesians 4.Raising their 2 beautiful daughters in Montana, brought a passion for the outdoors to their whole family.
Lynn and Holly felt directed of the Lord to begin Dust of Emmaus Ministries while resting in Israel after leading a tour of the Holy Land

My Ministry Philosophy for the Local Church in the 21st Century
The church exists to have a profound influence in the world around them. The church is meant to operate in a way that exhibits an extraordinary trust in Almighty God, regardless of what is happening in this present age.
Maintaining balance from extreme ideas and false theology only comes through true Biblical Literacy and proper interpretation of scripture, understanding God's essence and heart for mankind.
God has abundantly provided His church with everything they need to show forth His Glory and maintain Godly influence
Note to Pastor
The purpose and help of an evangelist to the local church is best defined in Ephesians 4:12- 16.The Evangelist works alongside the Pastor helping to: Equip the saints for the work of ministry, edify the body of Christ, bring unity of faith, bring knowledge of the Son of God and the fullness of Christ, speak the truth in love by bringing correction if needed, encouragement if needed, edification if needed, and sound doctrine if needed.

Duane Goodling

Email: [email protected]
Duane Goodling lives in Dover, Pennsylvania with his wife, Beth. They have two children in their twenties. Duane did not grow up in church, and even into his late teens and early twenties, he would have identified himself as a Christian; though he did not yet understand what it truly meant to follow Christ. Looking back, it is clear that God's hand was on Duane's life for many years prior to his accepting Christ as Lord and Savior on November...
